TECHNICAL OVERVIEW
Quadrant will operate on a Proof of Authority consensus mechanism to handle more transactions, operate at a lower gas price, achieve faster transactions, and restrict malicious nodes from entering data. An external Proof of Work chain will be used as an anchor for security purposes.

Data Stamping Protocol - Pioneers and Nurseries can lay claim to a produced piece of data by stamping it into Quadrant.
Open Constellations - Constellations can be created by both the suppliers and consumers of data and allow for the nesting of revenue share.
Guardian Nodes - Guardians maintain Quadrant by building blocks onto the Quad Chain and anchoring them to a public chain.
